Sub Cashier

• Master: Is the main cashier located in one branch which sub cashier relies on.

• Sub cashier: Is the cashier added in master cashier as a sub cashier to increase the quantity of cashiers in one branch for a better operation.

Adding a sub cashier

• Adding a sub cashier device in the master cashier.

• Enabling run cashier in sub mode in sub cashier.

• Ping sub cashier from master cashier to establish a connection.

Order number sequence

Sub cashier communicates with master cashier to get the sequence of order number. When you press New in sub cashier to open a new order, the sub cashier communicates with master cashier to check for the last order number to have a sequence. The same happens with master cashier.

Errors

• Different business day: Master and sub cashier are not clocked in at the same business day.

• Business date is closed in master: The master cashier didn't start business day, master cashier should clock in.

• No master cashier is paired: Master cashier is not paired with sub cashier, you should ping sub cashier from master cashier to re establish the connection.

• Business mistmatch: Sub cashier and master cashier are not in the same business.
