Overview

• Red: Order is sent to notifier and not bumped in KDS or in notifier.

• Green: Order is bumped either in KDS (when Disable Automatic status change to ready is off) or notifier.

  Order cell content

  Each order notification includes order number and customer phone number.

  Mark order done

  Order can be marked as done in kitchen, when it's bumped twice in notifier (color changes into green is one bump, second bump is when the order disappears).

  Hide order

  Hiding orders from notifier can be done by bumping twice (color changes into green is one bump, second bump is when the order disappears).

  Waiting time

• Waiting time calculation: Waiting time is avegraged in notifier as the following:

• If order stays for 30 seconds or more, it's averaged to 1 minute.

• If order stays for 25 seconds or less, it's averaged to 0 minute.
