Introduction

OrderLord is all-in one delivery management software that combines orders from every source in a single dashboard with times, locations and customer information. Enabling The Integration

To enable the integration, you will need to get a Token and Password from OrderLord. Once you obtain the Token and Password, sign in to your Foodics account at https://dash.foodics.com, then navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Delivery Management -> OrderLord. Click on Enable then put the Token and Password you got from OrderLord in their respective fields and click on Save Settings

Using The Integration

To use the integration, open the cashier app -> sign in -> navigate to Settings -> Manage Integrations -> enable OrderLord. To send an order to OrderLord, from the Register menu -> Options -> Dispatch Order

Notes

• Order type must be Delivery

• The order should have customer and delivery address

• The order should be sent to kitchen or received from online (e.g. from call center)
