Floors and Tables

Floors give you the opportunity to create a similar layout of your actual branch, in order to categorize Dine in orders.

In order to create a new floor, navigate to Settings --> Floors --> Add New then, fill out the following information:

• Name: Enter a name for the floor e.g. (Ground floor, First floor).

• Branch: Select the branch for the floor that you are creating **Note that once a branch is set it cannot be changed.

  Once finished click the Save button.

  After creating the floor click the 3 Dots corresponding to it`s name then select tables and give it a Name then click save.

Organizing Tables In Cashier

Later on, you can arrange the table`s location within the floor and its shape through cashier settings --> More --> Manage Tables.

Display in Cashier and waiter

All created tables will show on the cashier, but only the enabled ones will show on the waiter. You can enable tables in the waiter through the waiter app by going to Waiter settings --> Enabled Tables then, check the ones that you want enabled for that waiter.

Table Status Colors

Tables have 3 states, each one is represented by a different color as follows:

• Green: Means that the table is free.

• Red: Means that the table is occupied.

• Orange: Means that the table has ordered the check (About to be free).
