Payments methods

Payment methods is the area of the dashboard where you can set different payment methods and customize cash drawer openings. By default, you will have the payment method Cash set up as the only payment method.

Types

• Cash: Cash is the default payment method.

• Card: Card is set for payment methods such as Visa and Mastercard.

• Other: Any other payment methods such as debit or check.

• External: This method is for third party apps.

• STC Pay: Is for STC`s digital wallet.

Payment Method Creation

In order to create a new payment method, navigate to Settings --> Payment Methods --> Add New then fill out the following information:

• Name: The payment method's name which will show on cashier and reports.

• Type: Choose the payment type that suits the method you are creating listed above.

• Auto Open Drawer: If this option is checked the cashdrawer will open automatically whenever this payment method is used.

• Activation: This option is for activating and deactivating payment methods.

• Geidea
