Business Settings
Business settings shows information about your business and provides customizability of certain aspects of the business as a whole such as taxing mode and receipt customization.
In order to access business settings you have to navigate to Settings --> Business settings, then you will get the following information:
General info
Company:The company or the institution`s name.Business reference:A reference name that distinguishes your business from others.Business HID:A unique identifier for your business usually used for API and integration purposes.Tax inclusive pricing:If checked all the taxes applied to the branch will be included into the products and delivery prices.Delivery price:Sets the default delivery price which will be added automatically to the orders of type delivery`s final price.
Display
It includes the following options:
Receipt Logo:Allows you to upload your business logo which will be printed on the receipts and reports.Waiter App:Allows you to upload a background image of the waiter app.Display App:Allows you to upload a background image of the display app.Waiter App Main Color:Allows you to choose the waiter app's main color which will affect the main theme (must be entered in HEX format, e.g. #FFF or #FFFFFF for white color).Waiter App Sub Color:Allows you to choose the waiter app's secondary color which will affect the font color (must be entered in HEX format, e.g. #FFF or #FFFFFF for white color).
Receipt
This option provides the user with a list of presets that can be printed on the receipt`s header or footer, which will affect all branches. Click Here to find out how you can customize your receipt.
Reset Inventory Transactions
Business settings gives you the option to Delete Inventory Transactions if it has not yet exceeded 1000 transactions. Locate Danger Zone at the left side of the Business Settings you will get a red button labeled Delete Company Inventory Transactions once clicked, it will ask for confirmation then all the transactions will be erased.
