Employees
Employees are divided into 3 types Owners, Web and App users, each type has its own functions and level of roles that can be assigned to.
Creation
Once you receive your license it will have one Owner account which cannot be deleted.
Owner
If you wish to create another owner account you have to navigate to Settings --> Employees -->Add New --> Owner and fill out the following information:
Name:
The owner name.Dial Code:
The country code.Phone:
The owner's phone number.Email:
The owner's email which will be used to login to the dashboard and receive notifications.Password:
The owner's password which will be used to login to the dashboard.Generate button can be used for generating a password created randomly by the system.
Language:
To specify the language of Dashboard for this owner.
By default, the owner will have full authorities on the dashboard which cannot be restricted.
Web user
Web users main distinctive feature will be their ability to use the Call Center if set up correctly and send orders through the dashboard. This is where the Roles and Authorities come into play, by creating a web user you will have the ability to give access to certain parts of the dashboard and restrict their access to other parts. In order to create a Web User navigate to Settings --> Employees -->Add New --> Web User and fill out the following information:
Name:
The web user name.Dial Code:
The country code.Phone:
The web user's phone number.Email:
The web user's email which will be used to login to the dashboard and receive notifications.Password:
The web user's password which will be used to login to the dashboard.Language:
To specify the language of Dashboard for this web user.
After filling out the basic data, locate Roles on the left side of the screen under Basic Data you will get the following information:
Company Role:
Choose one of the company roles from which you have created.Business Role:
Choose one of the Business roles from which you have created.Branch Role:
Choose one of the Branch roles from which you have created.Branches:
choose the branch from which this user can have access to.
App user
The last type of employees is the App user. The App users will have access to the different application based on the roles assigned to him. In order to create an App User navigate to Settings --> Employees -->Add New --> App User and fill out the following information:
Name:
The app user's name which will show on the dashboard.Dial Code:
The country code.Phone:
The app user's phone number.Employee Number:
The app user's employee number if available.Email:
The app user's email.Pin code:
The app user's password which will be used to login to the applications.Username:
The app user's name which will show on the applications.
After filling out the basic data, locate Roles at the left side of the screen under Basic Data you will get the following information:
App Roles:
Choose one of the app roles from which you have created.Branches:
Choose the branch in which this user can have access to.
once finished click the Save button in order to submit your changes.
Notifications
Notifications are alerts that are sent to the Owner and Web users emails. You can enable them by going to Settings --> Employees then click the 3 Dots corresponding to the user name and choose Notifications you will get a list of your branches and warehouses in which you can enable the notifications on. There are 3 types of notifications that you can receive: 1. Inventory Low Stock. 2. New Inventory Transaction. 3. Inventory Transfer Variance.
Once finished click the Save button.
