Branch Settings
Branch settings provides a list of options regarding branch setup such as working hours, enabled order types and applied taxes. In order to access branch settings, navigate to Settings --> Branches Then, click the 3 Dots corresponding to the branch name then, click Edit you will get 3 sections divided as follows:
General Settings
General settings have 3 types of options divided as follows:
Branch Info
Name:
The branch name which will be used to distinguish orders, employees, roles and devices.Latitude & Longitude:
The branch`s coordinates on the map.Open From:
The branch`s opening time which will affect the due time, if a due time is set before the registered time system will not allow it.Open Till:
The branch`s closing time which will affect the due time, if a due time is set after the registered time system will not allow it.Phone:
The branch`s phone number which will be printed on the receipt if selected on receipt under business settings.Tags:
Select a tag or a group of tags to assign to the branch.
Call Center and Online Orders
Accept Online Orders:
At the end of the general setting you will find a check box that when checked it will enable this branch to Receive Call Centre and API orders
Sales Info
Disabled Order Types:
In this field choose the types of orders that you want to exclude from this branch.
Receipt
Under Receipt settings you will get two options:
Receipt Header and Footer
This section allows you to enter any additional info you would like to show on the receipt

Danger Zones
Reset Branch Orders
This option allows you to erase branch orders by clicking the red button labeled Delete Branch Orders. After it asks for confirmation, the orders will be reseted.
