Itms Cost

Shows the cost of each inventory item in the system depening on the inventory transactions performed on each item.

Filters

  • branches: Select the branch/branches where you want to see the inventory item cost.

  • Tag: Select the grouping inventory item tag to show certain inventory items costs only in the report.

Columns

  • SKU: Inventoy item stock keeping unit.

  • Storage Unit: How the item is stored in the inventory, for example, in Kg, box, Liter, etc.

  • Item: Inventory item name.

Other columns will represent branches names and show inventory item cost in each branch.

Semi Finished Items Cost

Shows the cost of each semi finished inventory item.

Filters

  • branch: Select the branch/branches where you want to see the semi finished inventory item cost.

  • Tags: Select the grouping inventory item tag to show certain semi finished inventory items costs only in the report.

Columns

  • SKU: Semi finished Inventoy item stock keeping unit.

  • Storage Unit: How the item is stored in the inventory, for example, in Kg, box, Liter, etc.

  • Item:: Semi finished inventory item name.

Other columns will represent branches names and show semi finished inventory item cost in each branch.

Inventory Item Total Cost

Shows the total cost of the inventory item not per any measuring unit. For example, if we purchase 10 boxes of Pepsi priced at 10, total cost will be 10, system will not divide it by quantity.

Filters

  • branch: Select the branch/branches where you want to see the inventory item total cost.

  • Tag:: Select the grouping inventory item tag to show certain inventory items total costs only in the report.

Columns

  • SKU:: Inventoy item stock keeping unit.

  • Item:: Inventory item name.

    Other columns will represent branches names and show the total cost in each branch.

  • Total:: Will sum up total quantity of each inventory item in each branch.

Items History

Shows the invetory transactions applied on a particular inventory item during a particular period.

Filters:

  • Date: Date range to be covered in the report.

  • Branches: Branch/Branches where the inventory transactions were applied.

  • Inventory Item: The particular inventory item the inventory transactions were applied on.

Columns

  • Date: Transaction date.

  • Branch: Branch where the inventory transaction was applied.

  • Reference: The inventory transaction reference.

  • Type: The inventory transaction type.

  • Quantity: The quantity affected by the transaction, minus sign means quantity was removed from the stock based on the inventory transaction.

  • Cost: The cost of the inventory item quantity affected by the trnasaction.

Inventory Control

Helps in showing inventory transactions applied on inventory items to help in maintaing the stock in the business so customer demand can be met.

Filters

  • Date: Date range to cover inventory control.

  • Branches: Branch/Branches where inventory control is reflected.

Columns

  • SKU: Inventoy item stock keeping unit.

  • Item: Inventory item name.

  • Storage Unit: How the item is stored in the inventory, for example, in Kg, box, Liter, etc.

  • Unit Cost: Cost per unit.

  • Opening Amount: The inventory item quantity right before any inventory transaction applied to it in a new business date.

  • Purchasing: The quantity purchased by pefroming purchasing transactions.

  • Production: The quantity produced by performing production transaction, if minus sign is shown, this means the item was consumed to produce another item.

  • Consumption: The quantity consumed when selling products.

  • Transfer In: The quantity transferred from another branch/warehouse.

  • Transfer Out: The quantity transferred to another branch/warehouse.

  • Other In: The quantity added to stock by performing other in transaction.

  • Other Out: The quantity removed from stock by performing other out transaction.

  • Return: The quantity returned to stock by returning the product that's linked to an inventory item in the stock from cashier.

  • Expiry: The quantity removed from stock by performing Expiry transaction.

  • Damage: The quantity removed from stock by performing Damage transaction.

  • Waste: The quantity removed from stock by performing waste transaction.

  • Stocktaking Variance:: entered quantity – Original Quantity.

  • Stocktaking Variance Cost: entered quantity cost - original quantity cost

  • Closing Amount: Opening amout after perfoming different inventory transaction to it after the inventory closing.

Consumption

Shows the invetory item quantity tha's consumed based on sales.

Filters

  • Date: Date range to cover in the report.

  • Branches:Branch/ Branches where the inventoy items were consumed.

    Columns

  • SKU: Inventory item stock keeping unit.

  • Name: Inventoy item name.

  • Consumption: The quantity consumed.

  • Storage Unit: How the item is stored in the inventory, for example, in Kg, box, Liter, etc.

  • Cost: The cost of the inventory item consumed.

Levels

Shows the quantity of each inventory item in the stock in storage unit.

Filters

  • Tag: Inventory item tag that groups inventory items together based on similar charactaristics.

  • Branches: Branch/Branches where the inventory items quantities are reflected.

  • Item: Inventory item name.

Semi finished items levels

Shows the quantity of each semi finished inventory item in the stock in storage unit.

Expiration

Shows inventory items expiry date in a particular branch that's been determined in inventory transactions.

Filters

  • Branches: Branch/Branches where the inventory item expiry date is reflected.

  • Inventory Item: Select the inventory item you want to check its expiry date.

Columns

  • Inventory Item: Inventory item name.

  • SKU: Inventoy item stock keeping unit.

  • Branch: Branch where the inventory item quantity that has expiry date is located.

  • Branch Reference: Branch unique reference.

  • Expiration Date: Expiry date of the inventory item.

  • Quantity: The inventory item quantity that has expiry date.

  • Business Date: date of the inventory item's transaction (when expiry date was entered).

Total Transfer

Shows the quantity transferred from one branch/warehouse to another branch/warehouse.

Filters

  • Date: Date range to cover transfer transactions performed.

  • From Branch: The sending branch/warehouse.

  • To Branch: The receiving branch/warehouse.

  • Variance: Total Sent - Total Received.

Total Purchases

Shows the total quantity purchased of each inventory item in a specific period of time.

  • Date: Date range to cover purchasing transactions.

  • Branches: Branch/Branches where the purchasing transaction was taking place.

  • Supplier: Select the supplier to show their purchases only.

    Columns

  • Item: Inventory item name.

  • SKU: Inventory item stock keeping unit.

  • Quantity: The total quantity purchased.

  • Unit: The Purchasing unit.

  • Cost: The cost of the purchased quantity.

  • Paid Tax: total taxes paid while purchasing the inventory item.

Pending Transfer

Shows the quantity transferred from a branch/warehouse but not received in or added in the receiving branch.

Filters

  • Sender Branch:Branch/warehouse where the items were sent from.

  • Receiver Branch: Branch/warehouse where the items are sent to.

  • Inventory Item: Inventory item that's being transferred.

    Columns

  • SKU:Inventoy item stock keeping unit.

  • Item: Inventory item name.

  • Cost Cost of the transferred quantity.

  • Quantity: Quantity transferred.

  • Storage Unit: How the item is stored in the inventory, for example, in Kg, box, Liter, etc.

  • Sender Branch: Brach/Warehouse that sent the quantity.

  • Receiver Branch: Branch/Warehouse that didn't received the quantity yet.

  • Date: Transfer date.

  • Expiration Date: Expiry date of the transferred items if there's.

Product Recipe

Shows the Ingredients that are consumed every time the product link to them is sold.

Filters

  • Order Type: Select the order type to show products ingredients, sometimes when product is served as dine in for example includes another items. For example takeaways orders will not include ice cream on top of a dessert to it doesn't melt down.

    Columns

  • Size SKU: Product size stock keeping unit.

  • Product: Product name.

  • Size: Product size name.

  • Ingredient SKU: product ingredien stock keeping unit.

  • Ingredient Name: Product ingredient name.

  • Ingredient Quantity: The quantity used for each product.

  • Ingredient Unit Ingredient unit name.

Inventory Items Recipe

Shows the inventory item ingredients that are used to produce the inventory item.

Columns

  • Inventory item SKU: Inventory item stock keeping unit.

  • Inventory item: Inventory item name.

  • Ingredient SKU: Stock keeping unit of the inventory item ingredient.

  • Ingredient name: Inventory item ingredient name.

  • Ingredient Quantity: Quantity determined to produce inventory item.

  • Ingredient unit: Ingredient unit name

Modifiers Recipe

Shows the ingrediens that are consumed whenever we sell product with modifier option.

Columns

  • Option SKU: Modifier option stock keeping unit.

  • Modifier: Modifier name.

  • Option: Modifier option name.

  • Ingredient SKU: Modifier option ingredient stock keeping unit.

  • Ingredient name: Modifier option ingredient name.

  • Ingredient quantity: quantity used to consume the modifier option.

  • Ingredient unit: The unit name.

Purchases Per Supplier

Shows the total amount and tax paid to each supplier. Total amount is the total cost paid for to purchase the inventory items.

Filters

  • Date: Date range to cover purchasing transactions.

  • Branches: Branch/Branches/Warehouse where the purchasing transactions took place.

  • Supplier: Select supplier name to show the total amount and tax paid to them only.

    Columns

  • Branch: where the purchasing transactions took place.

  • Supplier: Supplier name.

  • Total Tax: The total taxes paid when purchasing the inventory items.

  • Total Amount: The total costs paid to purchase the inventory items.
