Introduction

Mukafaat is marketing solutions company that provides designing, building and operating different schemes of loyalty (open coliation program, closed loyalty programs, Mall cards , discount cards, e-coupons, merchandise return cards, ..etc.). Enabling The Integration

To enable the integration, sign in to your Foodics account at https://dash.foodics.com, then navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Loyalty -> Mukafaat. Click on Enable. Contact Mukafaat if you want to get access to Mukafaat Admin Panel

Enabling Mukafaat in the Cashier

From cashier settings, go to Manage Integrations and tun on Enable Mukafaat. The redeem button will appear in order options menu for active orders. Note that a customer must be assigned to the order in order to redeem rewards.

Reward redemption process

In foodics cashier:

• In cash register, after assiging a customer, go to Options -> Redeem Points.

• Enter the customer card number

• Let the csutomer enter the PIN

• Select products to redeem and the reward will be applied to the current order
