Ngwah

Introduction

Ngwah is an online ordering and delivery platform that enable customers to make orders from restaurants in Riyadh City through Ngwah app on Android and iOS with no minimum charge. Ngwah allows customers to make orders from different restaurants at the same time while enabling them to track orders live on the map. Also, Ngwah has a Breakfast and Lunch service for companies to enable them to make orders from different restaurants and deliver them at their desired time (e.g. lunch break). Enabling The Integration

To enable the integration, sign in to your Foodics account at https://dash.foodics.com, then navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Online Ordering -> Ngwah. Click on Enable.

Receiving Orders From Ngwah

Once you enable the integration, Ngwah will be able to send orders to your business. Orders sent from Ngwah will be received at the cashier as new orders in Pending status. The cashier has to Accept or Decline the orders.

Notes

• In Foodics Dashboard, Receive Call Centre and API orders option must be enabled for the branches you want to receive online orders in. To do so, from Foodics Dashboard, navigate to Settings -> Branches -> Edit Branch -> scroll down and enable Receive Call Centre and API orders

• In the cashier app, sign in -> navigate to Settings -> scroll down and enable Receive Online Orders
