Deliveroo

Introduction

Deliveroo is an online ordering and delivery platform that enable customers to make orders from restaurants through Deliveroo app on Android and iOS or through Deliveroo Webiste. For more details, visit Deliveroo website at https://deliveroo.ae/

Enabling The Integration

To enable the integration, sign in to your Foodics account at https://dash.foodics.com, then navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Online Ordering -> Deliveroo. Click on Enable.

Receiving Orders From Deliveroo

Once you enable the integration, Deliveroo will be able to send orders to your business. Orders sent from Deliveroo will be received at the cashier as new orders in Pending status. The cashier has to Accept or Decline the orders.

Notes

• In Foodics Dashboard, Receive Call Centre and API orders option must be enabled for the branches you want to receive online orders in. To do so, from Foodics Dashboard, navigate to Settings -> Branches -> Edit Branch -> scroll down and enable Receive Call Centre and API orders

• In the cashier app, sign in -> navigate to Settings -> scroll down and enable Receive Online Orders
